Hakusan Matsuri
The Hana Matsuri originated from the Hakusan Matsuri.

The Hakusan Matsuri is a festival of the Hakusan gongen shrine@and it is where all the other Hana Matsuri Festivals originated and grew from. Viewers often feel the spirits of the gods when they see the sacred and solemn ceremony in the deep ceder forest.

Please get off the Tomei Express Way at the Toyokawa interchange. Then, head north on the Kokudou 151 (Route 151, in the direction of Iida city).

After 70 minutes of driving (45 kms), you will arrive in the town of Toei.

Pass through the Shin-hongou tunnel and the Komakubo tunnel. Go straight at the second three-way-stop (no traffic signals). Cross the Meijibashi bridge and the Sekireihashi bridg. Go straight at the first intersection (with traffic signals) and then follow route 151 (R151, in the direction of Toyone).

Go straight for 4 kilometres and turn left. Go straight for 300 metres and turn left onto Kendou 80. Go straight for 3 kilo metres.
